Underground Rewards Program
To join our VIP rewards program is very simple, just make any purchase from our website or instore and our system will create a customer profile for you, then each time you purchase from us our retail software will automatically add your new purchase to your profile and keep a running total.
Once you hit the following level an email with your discount code will be sent you letting you know you have reached that a new level and your rewards will be upgraded to that new level.
Our VIP Loyalty program offers the following rewards:
Bronze level
A total spend of $1’000 instore or online = 5% Discount on any purchase instore or online + 1 Extra raffle ticket for any dunk raffle
Silver Level
A total spend of $5’000 instore or online = 10% Discount on any purchase instore or online + 5 Extra raffle tickets for any dunk raffle
Gold Level
A total spend of $10’000 instore or online = 15% Discount on any purchase instore or online + 10 Extra raffle tickets for any dunk raffle
When purchasing items in the store, please let the staff know you are part of our VIP loyalty program so we can be sure to add the purchase to your profile.
